The theme for this month's build comp is "Spring!" Submissions are open through May 29th at midnight EST. Voting will begin the next day, so please keep an eye on the Discord to view submissions as they come in! We look forward to everyone's submissions, and are grateful for those who have already posted theirs.
The Nether tunnel extensions have been completed! The seven players who helped complete the construction were awarded their scoops by Duhbetter. A big thank you to those who donated their time and materials!
Spawn Developments
April's winning build
Congratulations to April's build comp winner, JXLXXTX! Her airship design will be rebuilt at this map's spawn area. Please keep your eyes to the sky for this build!
LiveCircuit's (right) and SVT's (left) ships
LiveCircuit has been lovely enough to grace spawn with quite the build, a very, very large ship! After undergoing a couple renovations, it will join our spawn build family! In addition, SVT and Zeus will be adding life to spawn's waters via adding more, smaller ships.
Some seasonal decorations have also appeared at spawn! To embrace the summer months, you'll find dig sites and floaties... well, floating nearby. Please look forward to more spawn developments in the coming weeks!
Community Highlight
with StefFaFaFa
StefFaFaFa is the focus of this month's Community Highlight! One of Vanilla Tyme's local content creators, Stef has quite the impressive base. With a cohesive theme, multiple farms, and various functioning game areas, Stef getting a Community Highlight should surprise no one! Her Flintstones theme also extends to her shop at spawn.
Stef's base also features a functioning bowling alley and scuteball arena!
Stef's map art platform features a flying machine carpet cleaning setup, where the machines break the carpet and sweep them into a collection system. She runs the machines in sets of 2-4 segments at a time to minimize lag, each segment having its own control button. You can watch a timelapse of the machines in action here!

Cinco de Mayo and May the 4th builds
May the 4th and Cinco de Mayo are past us! Thank you to everyone who participated and collected their rewards. Our next holiday we will be celebrating is the Fourth of July. Please look forward to updates when the date draws nearer!
